Big portions, good prices and extremely tasty!

Being from Seattle, WA I love pho. You can get it almost anywhere. So I was really surprised when I found this place on one of my excursions. It’s a bit different than the pho I’ve grown fond of but it really hit the spot. The noodles were wider, the chicken was grilled not pulled chicken and there was no hoisin or Sriracha sauce like you’d find in the Northwest. However it’s the best I’ve had so far in Europe. The both was good. The portion also great and the service here was spot on. Two staff members stopped by to see if I enjoyed the food. I’ll have to go back and try some of their other dishes. The restaurant is clean and follows the current social distance requirements. At lunchtime it was quite busy. No patio for outside seating the day I went. But it was raining. Not sure if they have it or not.

Good and spacious dine-in. Food was tasty and quite a good quantity. Amazing inside atmosphere. Kind and excellent hospitality. Would definitely recommend this place!

Don't be fooled by the small packaging. A good portion fits in there. For € 4.50, the to-go box tastes very good. We will be back!

Maybe I was unlucky, but the take-away Pho Bo just before closing time was the worst I've ever eaten. Potatoes, carrots and thick pieces of beef brisket in a cloudy broth. Mega disappointing.

I remember the days when the owner used run this place by herself. Then, the service was really fast. But when she started hiring german personnel it turned into a standard german restaurant in terms of service. I mean service is slow, really slow, german slow.

Food was delicious but price performance was a bit too expensive with my husband a rice box with vegetables spring rolls and sweet sour sauce which was a bit lumpy with and have 21 euros paid of it can eat almost 2 people in the all you can eat restaurant

A really nice restaurant with very delicious food. The portions are large and you are guaranteed full. The food itself has always been excellent and there was never anything to complain about. My personal favorite is number 96 on the menu.

Atmosphere is nice even though not comparable with high-end restaurants. The cutlery and table setting matches this atmosphere. But the quality of the food makes up for the whole experience. Pricing won't deter people with less thick wallets. I will go back

No fat Asian standard cuisine but fresh light nougat. Very very cool

Wow. What a great restaurant. Rarely eaten so well. If you like Asian, you have to go there. Looks a bit like a snack shop from the outside. But do not let that fool you. The only thing this restaurant has from a snack is the prices. Almost all dishes under 10 euros. But very powerful. There is barely room for a dessert.

This place is awesome, don't let the exterior fool you. Quality of food is amazing its like a sleeper bistro, food packs a punch with their flavors and selection. Rice cooked to perfection. Highly recommend.

The Pho Soup is really good especially when in winter time or if you have cold. The service is quite good and friendly.

Wow! What a wonderful surprise right in the heart of Heinsberg. My wife was craving Pho and I was destined to go to Aachen for quench that hunger. However, after a desperate search I found this restaurant. The place has a great atmosphere (quaint, great customer service, & relaxing design) and English speaking wait staff. Unfortunately I did get exactly what I asked for, although I ended up really enjoying it. But, for the price it is certainly worth it. We will definitely go back. Update: So, this is like the fourth or fifth time we've gone to Viet Bistro in Heinsberg, and the experience has been a consistent Amazing! The restaurant has a quite cozy and relaxing atmosphere, the service is very friendly (they actually have great customer service, an often hard to find attribute in many restaurants in Germany), relatively quick and, the food is delicious and just the right size. Although, I'm still disappointed that I cannot find salt and pepper fried shrimp or squid like I'm used to in Asia. But, if you're in the local area and are in the mood for delicious Vietnamese cuisine or just want to try something new give them a try. I'm not a Pho lover but by wife said it's the best she's had in Europe and but the duck was "off the chain!". P.s. I rarely give any place 5 stars. They have to blow me out of the water each and every time. On many occasions. This place is worth the try
